Spring Training Core Camp: 5-week fitness challenge for busy moms
March 16-April 12
Join a group of fellow moms to have some accountability and challenge to get into great shape this spring! This challenge includes 3 core short workouts a week, and optional live workout a week! Workouts will be fun and easy to do from home. Winner of the most workouts gets a special prize!

Together we will monitor your progress weekly to help you get the results you want. Weather it it progress pictures, a check in, or measurements - I work with you. We find the process you need to get the results you want.

When you sign on to work with me - I make myself available to you. You will have 24/7 support from me, directly through the app. Text or voice record any updates you have and I will respond with a recording or video. This way I am always here for you with advice, accountability and motivation!

My prenatal workouts are designed to be safe yet stimulating, pushing you enough to feel physically challenged. I will not only keep you active, but also prepare your body for labor and a positive postpartum recovery.
